Group Discussion

On October 10, 2019 our E- Cell team conducted a group discussion on the common problem faced by our new entrepreneurs that what is more optimum, HARD WORK or SMART WORK for start-up.

 In this discussion young entrepreneur of our college irrespective of the branch and academic year come together to share their views, we observe the emerging positive energy among the young aspiring minds. The topic has given a wide range of discussion therefore a hustle and bustle of views was observed among the participants.

Some were in the support of hard work supporting their views with the help of examples of some big entrepreneurs working successfully worldwide now but was interrupted by the fact that somewhere only hard work is not sufficient for making a person to a brand.

Upon discussing for around 20 minutes students came to a conclusion that smart work is more important to build the empire as hard work alone is not sufficient. It needs techniques to make success.

Group discussion helps students to enhance their speaking skills and confidence level.
