Pannel Discussion

On 15^th November, 2019 E-Cell of Institute of Engineering & Technology Khandari, Agra has conducted a panel discussion for the students who are at the edge of deciding their future paths. Our honorable speakers Er Prashant Singh, Er Ram Kumar and Er Babloo Kumar have enlightened the event with their presence. Our speakers clear the dilemma of students in choosing the appropriate path. They guide our aspiring minds towards the career paths of choosing a job or perusing their higher studies or go for new innovative ideas like an entrepreneur.

Our speaker Er Prashant Singh took the initiative to start the panel discussion explaining how he opted to be an entrepreneur and how his journey has been till now. He told our students the pros and cons of being an entrepreneur after graduation. Moving on, our rest speakers talk about how a student should choose job to support his family financially after graduation or opt to go for higher studies to polish their skills.

 They aware our students about different resources available in higher studies to promote their start-ups and also explained how these higher studies could give a better platform to pursue their dreams. Our students communicate with our speakers and have clear their doubts coming in the road of success they want to walk on.

In the conclusion, we found it is the student only who should decide about opting right career paths as each road has its pros and cons. Our speakers ended the session with the words that”Each one have to take risk and higher the risk, higher the respect and higher the wages”.
