Field Trip

Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell IET Agra) conducted a field trip on 11th December at Contrivance Droids Pvt. Ltd. Agra (UP) with an objective to enhance knowledge and kindle the skills of young minds aspiring to be a successful Entrepreneur.

The session was inaugurated by Mr. Ankit Agrawal Co-Founder of "Contrivance Droid Pvt. Ltd. Agra’’ is an Innovator and Entrepreneur since 3 years in Business Leadership. Experienced in all aspects of business formation, operation, training services, web applications, digital marketing and management.  He’s Visionary Product Manager with deep education in Research and Analytics. He introduced the different aspects of Entrepreneurship, emphasized the zeal and great ideas are the only ingredients in a recipe for Business Start-Up. He also inspired students to value the presence of parents and gurus in their lives.

He explained his story about his failure, success and challenges in his lives. He explained how he started his career in journey of business throughout his life yet since childhood till present. He explained how to promote business via online method too. He also focused on spirituality and religious approaches in life explaining its importance to keep mind calm and cool to pursue dreams along with guaranteed success. He emphasised to raise the basic awareness of Entrepreneurial concepts and to enable students to identify and learn how to make a mind-set to take Entrepreneurship as a challenging career.

Mr. Ankit concluded the session by stating that, “Passion that one Entrepreneur carries in his or her heart towards their business is what makes them successful.” So he advised students to follow their dream with crystal clear mindset of what they aim to pursue in life. At the end, he concluded the session by highlighting the important factors that are needed to become a successful Entrepreneur like Passion, Dedication and Hard Work.  He reflected the importance of being modest, self-reflective, process-oriented, charismatic and empathetic. At the end, he addressed by few questions put forward to him by the students regarding the journey of Entrepreneurship and how to overcome the challenges faced in a way to Start-Up. He conveyed a big lesson of his story to the team. He focused on how to accept challenges and how to deal with them, it may be emotions, toxic people. Be it your annoying friends, abusive partner or arrogant boss, take them as challenge and overcoming these challenges is life.
